In 2001 BELSOFT quality management system was certified according to ISO 9001:94 standards. Later on the requirements imposed to the quality system changed. In addition it was settled to broaden the business line certified according to STB ISO 9001. In summer 2009 the quality management system was recertified according to STB ISO 9001:2009 during a regular inspection carried out by Belarusian State Institute for Standardization and Certification of the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Certification under the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
The quality management system developed and implemented at the company ensures compliance of products and services with fixed requirements, achievement of high-quality fulfillment of declared types of activities while execution of contracts with our customers. Quality requirements to the products, services and work of BELSOFT are defined by quality system documentation of the company.
On July 17, 2009 BELSOFT obtained the following quality management system compliance certificates of STB ISO 9001-2009:
Design, development, experimental development, manufacture, installation and maintenance of software and hardware complexes, including personal computers and “Belsoft” servers, “Belsoft” information kiosk system, types of “Belsoft” computing facilities, (№BY/112 05.01.002 0088).
Design, development, manufacture, installation, set up and maintenance of communication systems, information systems and information security control systems (№BY/112 05.01.002 0087).
Software design, development, testing, installation and technical support (№BY/112 05.01.002 022).
The compliance certificates referred above confirm the compliance of company quality management system to the requirements of process approach. Process approach is a basis of ISO 9001 international standards.
BELSOFT quality management system includes structuring and segmentation of processes, subprocesses, work, measuring operations, as well as analysis and estimation of the management level, continuous improvement and interrelation. System approach is implemented in quality management system for the cooperative process management including:
company business management process;
company resources management process;
monitoring, analysis and improvement process;
product life cycle processes.
BELSOFT also implemented quality policy at the enterprise.
The strategic goal of the company is to meet clients’ requirements via system integration in the field of information and communication technologies, basing on the processes of product creation, such as consulting, design, development, implementation, training and service.
The new quality management system defines a responsibility for the following processes:
project management on implementation of telecommunication systems, information systems and information security control systems;
software design, development, testing, installation and technical support;
design and manufacture of software and hardware complexes;
delivered products maintenance.
Management of numerous interrelated types of company activities is described in the Manual on Quality, which can always be provided to a Customer.
Monitoring and analysis of customer satisfaction, goal achievement, and operational effects of processes occupy one of the most important places in the new quality management system.
On November 28, 2003 our company was honored to receive the Award of the Government of the Republic of Belarus for the implementation of high-efficiency methods of quality management and providing competitive products which is the highest appreciation of our quality management system.
